Call of Duty :Black Ops 6 Will Support Cross-Platform Play and Cross-Progression

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will feature robust support for cross-platform play and cross-progression, enhancing the multiplayer experience across different gaming systems. Here are the key details:

Cross-Platform Play
Full Cross-Platform Support: Players on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC will be able to play together seamlessly. This feature allows friends to team up, fostering a unified gaming community regardless of which platform they choose.
Default Settings: Crossplay is enabled by default, but players can choose to disable it in settings if they only want to match with others on the same platform.

Cross-Progression
Shared Progression Across Platforms: Players can transfer their progress (including campaign and multiplayer data) between platforms as long as they use the same Activision account. This means any cosmetics, battle pass progress, or unlocked achievements will be accessible no matter where you play.
Account Linking Requirement: To use cross-platform progression, players must link their Activision account on each platform. It’s important to note that while progress can be shared, players will need to purchase a copy of the game for each platform they wish to play on.
